Receipts, Gift Notes and Packaging: what’s the story?

All of our jewelry is individually packaged in a Delezhen branded jewelry box and we will happily include a gift note!
We never include a printed receipt, so your jewelry is ready to be gifted right out of the package :)

OH NO!!! I entered the wrong address on my order! HELP!

No worries!! Contact us right away and we will change the address on your shipping label.

If your order has already shipped, it’s too late to change the address at that point. If the package is returned to sender, we will reship it to an address of your choice.

If your billing address is entered incorrectly, not to worry! All billing and payment is handled through Etsy. If we receive an order, it means it was paid for.

Ordering the perfect size can be tough, but here is some info that can help:

We are a busy little studio and just don’t have the woman-power to send individual photos of pieces before shipping. Sorry :(

However, if you have any particular specifications for what you would like, let us know in the "note to seller" section during checkout and we will do our best to make it happen!

Awesome customer service! And the item looks beautiful.

I bought a pair of earrings for my mom for Mother’s Day last year, beautiful raw stones, with the birth stones for all her kids and grandkids, and they became her favorite earrings (she barely ever take them off) but when a new grandchild arrived, we had to add a new birthstone to her earrings! So we contacted the artist, and we were able to send the earrings back to her to get the new stone added and they arrived back today! Excellent customer service and the new stones added are just as beautiful as the originals. Thank you!!

An additional stone needed to be added. We sent it back, the stone was added and the necklace was sent back to us in about 2wks!

In May I ordered a raw stone necklace. I was pregnant at the time and included that baby’s stone on the necklace along with my living children’s. We lost that baby. I hung onto the necklace as it was thinking if we had another baby I’d just add that one to it. Over the next 6 months we lost 3 more babies, including a set of identical twins. I reached out to see if we could create a new necklace, taking the lost baby’s gem from my existing one and adding 3 more stones. I also been had a small charm I wanted included if possible. Katie was so kind and gentle in her responses to my requests, got me set up with a custom order and shipping plan to return the old necklace for the stone to be used. The necklaces are amazing. They accommodated my requests and the one with the charm looks better than I envisioned. 5 ⭐️ experience
